In Spring, We Wear Pink

The pinafore dress has been around for a fair few seasons now but with the utility trend that’s started to emerge for 2018, it is definitely here to stay. Pinafore dresses are a great all-year-round piece for your wardrobe as they’re so versatile to style with various tops and tees for different seasons and temperatures throughout the year. Soft pink tones are a great way to lighten up your wardrobe as we step into the Spring months. Pinafores are great for layering and with the weather still bitter cold outside, I’ve been colour blocking with this grey fine knit top for a more casual look. I’m a big fan of pairing brighter colours with a neutral colour when it comes to colour blocking outfits and I love how the pink complements the grey as they sit against one another so gently. It could just be becoming one of my favourite pairs of colour to team together.
