Okay. Yes. I’ll admit it; I’m obsessed with A-line skirts. Completely and utterly, totally, obsessed. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: the way they cinch the waist and flare outwards creates such a flattering silhouette, their structured shape forming a complementary tone. The intricacy of this aztec printed skirt from New Look was so beautiful with the varying, harmonising tones of pink that I just really could not resist. Integrated amongst the pink, black and grey shades strengthen the delicacy of the embroidered design, ultimately softening the pointed geometric shapes.
I loved the harmonisation of paring these pale pinks with this mint green Boohoo top. The colours sit sweetly together, complementing one another softly. The scalloped hem emphasises the elegance and lightness accompanying the colour pallet whilst I opted for the split back style to add more excitement and detail to the outfit.
